1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers via our online store dark-paradise.com.

2. Contract partner
The contract is concluded with Deniz Schumacher, Dark Paradise by Hyoga, Hammfelddamm 4A, 41460 Neuss, Germany.

3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart. Before submitting, you can review and correct your entries at any time. The receipt of your order is confirmed by an automated email, which does not yet constitute acceptance. The contract is concluded when we accept your offer by a separate email or by shipping the goods. The contract language is English. We store the contract text and send you the order details by email.

4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are stated in our shipping policy and at checkout.

5. Payment
The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is due at the time of the order.

6. Delivery
Delivery times are stated in our shipping policy. If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you without undue delay.

7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in our return and refund policy.

9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
